Our Mission
We believe everyone deserves meaningful work.
Adults with learning disabilities are too often excluded from the workplace — not because they can’t contribute, but because they’re not given the chance. 21 Young Hearts exists to change that, one shift at a time.

The Café

Our café is open to everyone — great coffee, freshly made food, and a warm welcome from our team. Every visit directly supports the work we do.

We run events to build community — and to give our team members the chance to host, serve, and shine. Whether you’re popping in for a weekly coffee morning or joining us for something special, there’s always a warm welcome.
Professional development workshops, guest speakers, and business showcases that connect local enterprises with our community and create real-world opportunities for our team.
Weekly business networking breakfasts and informal meet-ups where local professionals connect over great coffee — and directly support our mission while they’re at it.
Our signature community gatherings — from CommuniTEA Natter mornings to family fun days and seasonal celebrations. Open to everyone, always welcoming, always warm.
